If you have problems getting sound on your pc, probably your soundcard is not installed.

Here are steps to solve the problem:

1. Download Everest Home edition (lavalys)
2. install it.
3. open it and check out the name of your sound card.
multimedia-> PCI/pnp Audio
there you can find the name of your soundcard

My soundcard is SiS 7012 Audio Device.

Now you have to download the driver software:

Download it and install it.
6. Restart your computer
